Compact process skids, vibrating pump connections and multi-port manifold stations often leave too little room for rigid or large-radius tubing. Forcing a standard smooth-wall tube around sharp corners can kink the wall, restrict flow and place mechanical stress on end connections. JINGCHENG Inner Spiral Corrugated PTFE Bellows Hose (series JCC-10000-PTFE) is engineered with spiral convolutions on both its inner and outer walls, delivering outstanding bending performance and full PTFE chemical inertness from -70°C to +260°C.
Double-corrugated spiral bellows profile: Both the internal and external walls are formed with continuous helical corrugations, allowing the hose to flex tightly without collapsing and to spring back to shape after repeated movement.
Small minimum bend radius: Bends down to 20 mm (0.79") on the 1/4" size and 80 mm (3.15") on the 1" size—roughly one-sixth to one-eighth the bend radius required by a bare smooth-bore PTFE tube of the same diameter.
Broad thermal range (-70°C to +260°C): Maintains flexibility and structural integrity across cryogenic-adjacent cooling media, ambient chemical transfer and high-temperature cleaning cycles.
Chemically inert PTFE material: Resists aggressive acids, alkalis, oxidizers and organic solvents while keeping a clean, non-stick surface for food, pharmaceutical and chemical media.

JCC-10000 Bare Convoluted Hose vs. JCC-00000 Smooth Bore Tube: JCC-10000 is engineered for tight routing (20–125 mm bend radius vs. 60–1200 mm) at low working pressures (0.2–0.4 MPa). Use JCC-00000 when straight runs and a completely smooth bore are prioritized.
JCC-10000 Bare Convoluted Hose vs. JCC-20000 Spring-Reinforced Smooth-ID Convoluted Hose: If your process requires a smooth inner bore alongside tight bending and higher working pressure (1.2–2.64 MPa), choose JCC-20000 with 304 stainless steel spiral spring reinforcement.
JCC-10000 Bare Convoluted Hose vs. JCC-11100 Stainless Steel Braided Convoluted Hose: When the application demands both a convoluted PTFE core and elevated pressure resistance (3.1–13.8 MPa), JCC-11100 adds an external 304 stainless steel wire braid.
Check pressure and temperature limits: Designed for low-pressure transfer (0.2–0.4 MPa working pressure; 0.8–1.4 MPa burst pressure) within -70°C to +260°C.
Route without axial twisting: Align fittings before tightening so the spiral convolutions are not subjected to torsional stress, and maintain bends at or above the minimum bend radius listed for each diameter.
