Industrial chemical dosing skids, wet-process stations and high-purity fluid lines require tubing that remains inert when exposed to aggressive reagents across wide temperature swings. Ordinary plastic or elastomer tubes can swell in organic solvents, crack in strong oxidizers or leach plasticizers into pure process streams. JINGCHENG Extruded Smooth Bore PTFE Tubing (series JCC-00000-PTFE) is paste-extruded, dried, sintered at high temperature and shaped from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin to provide a dense, homogeneous wall and a smooth, non-stick inner bore for reliable chemical transfer from -70°C to +260°C.
Paste-extruded and sintered PTFE wall: Manufactured from PTFE resin through extrusion, drying, high-temperature sintering and shaping, forming a uniform tube with wall thicknesses from 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm across the standard size range.
Wide operating temperature window: Rated for continuous service from -70°C to +260°C, covering sub-zero cooling circuits as well as hot acid, alkali and solvent lines.
Broad chemical compatibility: Resists strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizing agents, reducing agents and diverse organic solvents without swelling or softening.
High-purity, non-stick inner bore: Free of plasticizers and additives, making the tube suitable for transporting high-purity chemicals with rapid drainage and minimal wall hold-up between batches.
Translucent white body: Allows visual inspection of fluid flow, air bubbles and line flushing status during operation.

JCC-00000 Smooth Bore Tube vs. JCC-10000 Convoluted PTFE Hose: Smooth bore tubing offers a completely flat internal wall for unobstructed flow, minimal pressure drop and fast flushing, plus higher working pressures (up to 1.73 MPa vs. 0.4 MPa). Choose JCC-10000 convoluted hose when the routing path requires tight bends down to 20–125 mm.
JCC-00000 Smooth Bore Tube vs. JCC-20000 Spring-Reinforced Hose: When a line needs both a smooth inner wall and tight bending or suction support for hot oil and steam, JCC-20000 adds a corrugated outer profile and a 304 stainless steel spiral spring.
JCC-00000 Bare Tube vs. JCC-01100 Stainless Steel Braided Hose: For high-pressure hydraulic or chemical service above the bare tube's pressure rating, JCC-01100 adds a 304 stainless steel wire braid to reach working pressures up to decenas of MPa.
Match ID, OD and wall thickness to your fittings: Select from the 11 standard sizes (4.5 mm to 51 mm ID) or specify custom metric or fractional dimensions to fit compression, flare or barb fittings.
Verify pressure and bend radius: Ensure maximum system pressure stays within the listed working pressure for the chosen diameter, and route the tube with curves no tighter than the minimum bend radius in the table above to prevent kinking.
Cut and support cleanly: Use a sharp tube cutter for a square end cut, avoid twisting during assembly, and support long spans along equipment frames.
