Process equipment in pharmaceutical, food and chemical plants frequently requires flexible jumper lines that can bend sharply around compact skids while safely containing pressurized, corrosive or high-purity fluids. Standard smooth-bore hoses require wider turning radii and can kink if forced into tight cabinet spaces, whereas unreinforced convoluted tubes are limited to low working pressures. JINGCHENG 304 Stainless Steel Braided Inner Spiral Convoluted PTFE Hose (series JCC-11100-PTFE) combines an inner and outer corrugated PTFE core with a high-strength 304 stainless steel wire braid for tight-bend, pressure-reinforced transfer from -70°C to +200°C.
Inner and outer spiral corrugated PTFE core: Both the internal and external surfaces of the PTFE liner are formed with continuous helical convolutions, allowing the hose to flex easily without kinking or collapsing.
High-strength 304 stainless steel wire braid: An external layer of 304 stainless steel braided wire reinforces the convoluted PTFE liner against internal pressure and external mechanical wear.
Exceptionally small minimum bend radius: Achieves bend radii as tight as 10 mm (0.39") on the 1/4" size, 25 mm (0.98") on the 1/2" size and 85 mm (3.35") on the 1" size—enabling compact routing between closely spaced manifolds, pumps and vessels.
Upgraded working pressure capacity: Rated for working pressures from 3.1 MPa (453.1 psi) on the 2" size up to 13.8 MPa (2001.0 psi) on the 1/4" size, with burst pressures up to 55.2 MPa (8004.0 psi)—more than thirty times the pressure rating of bare convoluted PTFE tubing.
Wide thermal and chemical range (-70°C to +200°C): Inert PTFE inner surface handles aggressive acids, alkalis, solvents and process media across cold and heated transfer cycles.

JCC-11100 Braided Convoluted Hose vs. JCC-10000 Bare Convoluted Hose: Both feature inner and outer spiral corrugations, but adding the 304 stainless steel braid in JCC-11100 raises the 1/4" working pressure from 0.4 MPa to 13.8 MPa and tightens the 1/4" minimum bend radius from 20 mm to 10 mm.
JCC-11100 Braided Convoluted Hose vs. JCC-01100 Smooth Bore Braided Hose: JCC-01100 is built for higher pressures (10–42 MPa) and straight or moderate-radius routing (42–260 mm), whereas JCC-11100 covers larger diameters up to 2" ID (50 mm) with tight bend radii down to 10–200 mm.

Confirm pressure, temperature and bend radius: Select from the 10 standard sizes (1/4" to 2" ID, 5.8 mm to 50 mm) and operate within the -70°C to +200°C window and the rated working pressure for that diameter.
Avoid axial torsion during assembly: Keep the hose aligned while tightening end connectors so the spiral convolutions and wire braid are not twisted, and allow a short straight length behind each crimp ferrule before starting a bend.
