Introduction

A vacuum-resistant smooth-bore corrugated PTFE braided hose is designed for transfer systems that require clean internal flow, high flexibility, pressure reinforcement and resistance to negative-pressure conditions.

The hose has a smooth PTFE inner wall and a corrugated PTFE outer wall. The smooth material-contact surface helps reduce residue and supports easier cleaning, while the corrugated outer structure improves bending flexibility.

A high-strength 304 stainless steel braided layer surrounds the PTFE hose to increase pressure resistance and mechanical stability.

The JCC-21100-PTFE series is suitable for food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical material transfer.

Why Use an Inner-Smooth Outer-Corrugated Structure?

A fully smooth PTFE hose offers good flow but may require a larger bending radius.

A fully corrugated hose provides greater flexibility, but the corrugated inner surface may retain more material.
