Crack Sealing Machine Heated Hose
Crack sealing crews fight the same problem every day: once sealant cools in the hose, viscosity rises fast—flow becomes unstable, the gun clogs, and the job turns into stop-and-clean downtime. Heated hoses are designed to insulate and heat the line to help prevent viscous media from solidifying/freezing and from excessive viscosity increase during transfer.
Our Crack Sealing Machine Heated Hose is made for road maintenance and crack sealing equipment, and uses a unique inner tube reinforcement technology to help extend hose service life in real jobsite use.
Max operating temperature: up to 230°C (design-dependent; higher temperature can be customized)
Working pressure: up to 118 bar / 1704 psi (design-dependent; size-dependent—see table)
Burst pressure: up to 470 bar / 6815 psi (design-dependent; size-dependent—see table)
Minimum bend radius: 150–300 mm (size-dependent—see table)
Insulation + heating structure with braided heating elements to minimize inner-wall temperature differences (design-dependent)
Crack sealing materials must stay hot to remain pumpable and sprayable. When temperature drops in the transfer line, the material thickens, flow becomes inconsistent, and clogging risk increases—leading to rework and downtime. Heated hoses help maintain a more stable delivery temperature by combining insulation + heat tracing, reducing the chance of solidification/freezing and viscosity spikes.
For road maintenance equipment, durability also matters. This hose is positioned specifically for crack sealing duty and uses an inner tube reinforcement approach to improve service life.
Built for pavement maintenance / crack sealing equipment
Reinforced inner tube design to improve durability and service life (design-dependent)
Uniform heating + insulation structure to reduce temperature gradients and support stable flow (design-dependent)
