Automotive Production Line Heated Hose
Automotive production lines don’t tolerate unstable flow. When temperature drops in the hose, viscous media can thicken, flow becomes inconsistent, and the line may stop for cleaning or troubleshooting. Heated hoses are designed for insulation + heat tracing to help prevent viscous fluids from solidifying/freezing and from excessive viscosity increase during transfer.
This automotive production line hose is engineered for adhesive/dispensing systems used on the line—commonly paired with glue pumps such as SCA, ATN, and GRACO.
Our solutions have also been applied across industries including automotive coating production and hot melt transfer.
Max operating temperature: up to 200°C (design-dependent; higher temperature can be discussed)
Working pressure: up to 475 bar / 6888 psi (design-dependent; see table)
Burst pressure: up to 1900 bar / 27550 psi (design-dependent; see table)
Minimum bend radius reference: 110–240 mm (size-dependent; see table)
Uniform braided heating layer + high-efficiency insulation to reduce inner-wall temperature variation (design-dependent)
