Introduction

A double-layer PTFE braided hose is designed for hydraulic and industrial systems requiring higher pressure resistance than a conventional single-braid PTFE hose.

The JCC-01200-PTFE series uses a smooth PTFE material-contact inner tube covered by two layers of high-strength 304 stainless steel braided wire.

The PTFE inner tube provides chemical resistance and a low-friction flow path, while the double stainless steel reinforcement helps increase working pressure, burst strength and mechanical stability.

This hose is suitable for hydraulic transmission involving gas-based fluids, oil-based fluids, water-based fluids and compatible chemical raw materials.
