Introduction

A PTFE steel wire bundle braided hose is designed for industrial fluid systems requiring high working pressure, strong mechanical reinforcement and broad chemical compatibility.

The JCC-02100-PTFE series uses a smooth PTFE tube as the material-contact inner layer. A 304 stainless steel braided layer forms the middle reinforcement, while an additional high-strength 304 stainless steel wire bundle braid protects and reinforces the outside of the hose.

This multi-layer construction is suitable for high-pressure chemical spraying, industrial gluing, pressurized conveying, steam transfer, petroleum transportation and brake-hose applications.

Product Construction

The hose contains three main functional layers.

Smooth PTFE Inner Tube

The PTFE inner tube provides:

304 Stainless Steel Middle Braid
