JINGCHENG Easy-Clean Smooth Inner Wall PTFE Braided Hose (series JCC-21100-PTFE) pairs a smooth-bore PTFE tube with a convoluted outer profile and one layer of 304 stainless steel wire braid, giving an easy-to-clean, negative-pressure resistant line with a small bend radius for cosmetic, food, chemical and pharmaceutical transfer from -70°C to +260°C. This page compares the JINGCHENG JCC-21100-PTFE braided hose with its spring-supported sibling JCC-20000 using the catalog figures, and explains when a smooth inner wall with a 304 braid is the right choice.
The JINGCHENG JCC-21100-PTFE hose is built on a PTFE tube with a smooth bore and a convoluted outer wall, the same liner concept as our spring-supported JCC-20000 hose. Instead of a spiral spring, JCC-21100 is reinforced with one outer layer of 304 stainless steel wire braid. Comparing the two catalog tables shows what the braid does: from 1/4" to 1" the inner diameter, outer diameter and minimum bend radius are listed with the same values, while the working pressure is much higher with the braid.

The braided series also adds a 1-1/4" size (31.75 mm ID) rated at 2.5 MPa.

The catalog lists JCC-21100 for transfer in the food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical industries: lines where product changeovers make an easy-to-clean bore important, where suction or negative pressure occurs, and where the hose has to bend in a limited space.

Burst pressure is four times the working pressure across the range (35.2 / 8.8 MPa at 1/4", 10 / 2.5 MPa at 1-1/4").
Smooth bore + braid (JCC-21100): for pressurised or suction lines that must be cleaned often.
Smooth bore + spring (JCC-20000): for lower-pressure hot air, hot oil and steam lines where a lighter, unbraided hose is enough.
Fully convoluted + braid (JCC-11100): when the tightest bend radius (from 10 mm) matters more than a smooth bore; note its +200°C limit.
Check the row for your size: working pressure falls from 8.8–9 MPa at 1/4"–3/8" to 2.5 MPa at 1-1/4".
