JINGCHENG Braided Corrugated PTFE Flex Hose (series JCC-11100-PTFE) adds one layer of high-strength 304 stainless steel wire braid to a PTFE core convoluted inside and out, giving a minimum bend radius of 10 mm and working pressure of up to 13.8 MPa at 1/4" for pharmaceutical, food and chemical plants from -70°C to +200°C. This page compares the JINGCHENG JCC-11100-PTFE braided corrugated hose with a bare convoluted PTFE hose, explains its +200°C temperature limit, and gives the full catalog size table for selection.
A fully convoluted PTFE hose bends very tightly, but on its own it is a low-pressure product: our bare JCC-10000 convoluted hose is rated at 0.4 MPa at 1/4". The JINGCHENG JCC-11100-PTFE hose keeps the convoluted PTFE core and adds one outer layer of high-strength 304 stainless steel wire braid. At 1/4" the working pressure rises to 13.8 MPa, and the minimum bend radius is just 10 mm.

Bend radius: very small, from 10 mm at 1/4" to 200 mm at 2".
Temperature range: -70°C to +200°C. Note that this upper limit is lower than the +260°C of our smooth-bore braided hoses, so check the maximum process and cleaning temperature before selecting this series.
Standard range: 10 sizes from 1/4" (5.8 mm ID) to 2" (50 mm ID), with a finished braided OD from 10.3 mm to 63 mm.
The catalog lists the JCC-11100 series for the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. Typical uses are flexible, pressurised connections in tight spaces: pump discharge connections, links to moving or vibrating equipment, and transfer lines on compact process skids where a smooth-wall braided hose would need too much room to bend.

Across the JCC-11100 range, burst pressure is about four times the working pressure (for example 55.2 / 13.8 MPa at 1/4" and 12.5 / 3.1 MPa at 2").

Check the 200°C limit against the hottest part of the cycle, including steam or hot-water cleaning.
Match pressure to size: working pressure falls from 13.8 MPa at 1/4" to 3.1 MPa at 2"; size the hose on the working figure, not the burst figure.
Use the bend radius advantage: the hose can turn much tighter than a smooth-bore braided hose of similar size, which can reduce the number of elbows needed.
Plan cleaning: the convoluted bore holds more residue than a smooth bore; where frequent cleaning is critical, compare with our JCC-21100 smooth-bore convoluted braided hose.
