High-pressure spraying, adhesive dispensing, steam and oil transfer lines load a hose with pressure pulses, heat and aggressive media at the same time, and the problem becomes harder as bore size increases. Rubber hoses age quickly under hot oil and solvents, and single-braid constructions lose pressure capacity in larger diameters. JINGCHENG PTFE Wire Bundle Braided Hose (series JCC-02100-PTFE) is built for this duty: a smooth PTFE inner tube is reinforced by a middle layer of 304 stainless steel braided wire and an outer layer of high-strength 304 stainless steel wire-bundle braid, holding working pressures up to 41 MPa from 3/8" to 3/4" ID across a -70°C to +260°C temperature range.
Smooth PTFE inner tube: A non-stick, chemically inert PTFE bore resists resins, adhesives, solvents, acids, alkalis, steam and oils while keeping flow resistance low.
Middle 304 stainless steel braid: The first braid layer supports the PTFE tube and shares the pressure load.
Outer 304 stainless steel wire-bundle braid: Bundles of high-strength stainless wire are interwoven into a dense outer reinforcement with good mechanical resistance against pressure, impact and abrasion.
High pressure in large bores: Rated 41 MPa working pressure on the 3/8", 5/8" and 3/4" sizes, 35 MPa on 1", and still 18 MPa on the 2" size, with burst pressures up to 123.3 MPa.
Wide temperature range: -70°C to +260°C for hot steam, hot oil and heated adhesive service as well as cold environments.

Chemical high-pressure spraying: Supply lines for spray guns, coating and cleaning systems handling solvents and aggressive chemicals.

JCC-02100 vs. JCC-01100 Single-Braid Smooth Bore Hose: JCC-01100 is lighter and covers small sizes from 5/32" with up to 42 MPa on 1/4". JCC-02100 adds a wire-bundle outer braid and keeps 35–41 MPa working pressure from 3/8" up to 1", with sizes up to 2".
JCC-02100 vs. JCC-01200 Double-Braid Hose: Both use two stainless steel reinforcement layers. JCC-01200 covers 1/4" to 1-1/4" with two conventional braids; JCC-02100 uses a wire-bundle outer braid and extends to 1-1/2" and 2" bores.
JCC-02100 vs. JCC-03100 Steel Wire Spiral Wound Braided Hose: JCC-03100 uses copper-plated steel wire spiral layers under a 304 braid for 1/2"–1" sizes from -65°C to +220°C; JCC-02100 offers a wider size range and a higher upper temperature limit of +260°C.
Pressure margin: Keep system pressure, including pump and spray-gun pressure peaks, within the rated working pressure for the selected size; larger sizes carry lower ratings.
Bend radius: The heavy reinforcement increases minimum bend radius (75 mm on 3/8" up to 900 mm on 2"); plan routing and fitting orientation accordingly.
Temperature: Confirm that steam, oil or adhesive temperatures stay within -70°C to +260°C.
Installation: Do not twist the hose while tightening fittings, allow some slack for length change under pressure, and keep it clear of sharp edges and moving parts.
