Electrically Heated PTFE Teflon Hot Melt Adhesive Tubing is specifically designed for industrial hot melt adhesive delivery. It features an inner layer of high-purity PTFE with a smooth lining, paired with carbon fiber heating wires for uniform heating, multiple layers of high-density thermal insulation, and a wear-resistant, flame-retardant outer sheath. The outer layer features a thick, wear-resistant braided sheath that is flame-retardant, waterproof, and bendable, resisting cracking and wire breakage from frequent bending, thereby doubling its service life.

An internal stainless steel braided pressure-bearing layer ensures excellent pressure resistance, suitable for high-pressure spraying applications.
