Electrically Heated PTFE Teflon Hot Melt Adhesive Tubing is specifically designed for industrial hot melt adhesive delivery. It features an inner layer of high-purity PTFE with a smooth lining, paired with carbon fiber heating wires for uniform heating, multiple layers of high-density thermal insulation, and a wear-resistant, flame-retardant outer sheath. Operating at a standard 220V voltage, it includes an integrated PT100 temperature sensor for constant temperature control throughout the process. 1. PTFE Non-Stick Lining, Resistant to Clogging and Carbonization
The high-purity polytetrafluoroethylene inner wall has an extremely low friction coefficient, preventing hot melt adhesive from adhering and leaving residues, thus significantly reducing adhesive carbon buildup and blockages. It withstands temperatures from -65°C to 260°C and is compatible with various hot melt adhesives such as EVA, polyolefins, and paraffin wax. Multi-layer wrapped high-temperature resistant insulation cotton provides strong heat retention, keeping the outer tube surface cool to the touch, reducing heat loss, and lowering equipment power consumption. The outer layer features a thick, wear-resistant braided sheath that is flame-retardant, waterproof, and bendable, resisting cracking and wire breakage from frequent bending, thereby doubling its service life.
4. High-Pressure Bendable, Suitable for Complex Workstations
An internal stainless steel braided pressure-bearing layer ensures excellent pressure resistance, suitable for high-pressure spraying applications. With a small bending radius, it can flexibly route through narrow machine spaces and automated production lines without collapsing or blocking adhesive flow.
