Working as an electrically heated hose for temperature-controlled gas transfer, it keeps the sample dry, unaltered, and representative from the probe to the analyzer inlet.

Sample gas passes through a contamination-free PTFE bore that neither absorbs nor releases anything—so the composition measured at the analyzer is exactly what was drawn at the source. A uniform heating element wraps the full hose length, holding the line safely above its dew point with no cold spots where moisture could condense and skew the data, while all-season insulation retains heat through summer sun and winter wind alike. The flexible construction with a small bending radius routes into analyzer cabinets and along pretreatment skids without kinking, and the low-maintenance design suits the remote stations where service access is limited.
