Teflon High-Temperature Low-Pressure Tubing | Specialized Tubing for Clean Transport of Low-Vacuum High-Temperature Fluids

Conventional hoses are prone to softening, deformation, internal material buildup and exudation, and aging with leakage under high-temperature, low-vacuum, and low-pressure conveying conditions. This is especially problematic in applications such as chromatography-mass spectrometry high-temperature heating tubes, hot melt adhesive微量输送 (micro-delivery), high-temperature corrosive gas sampling, and laboratory high-purity steam lines, leading to frequent clogging, sample contamination, and high replacement costs.

This high-purity PTFE high-temperature low-pressure tubing is specifically designed for atmospheric, low-vacuum, and low-pressure environments. It emphasizes long-term stable performance at 260°C and lightweight, flexible, clean conveying. Without a high-pressure reinforced braided layer, the tubing is lightweight and easy to install, suitable for all low-pressure high-temperature clean conveying scenarios.

1. Full-Time High-Temperature Stability, Continuous Operation at 260°C

Made from virgin, new PTFE through monolithic extrusion, the tube wall remains stable without softening or collapsing at high temperatures and does not release harmful substances. It can withstand instantaneous peak temperatures up to 280°C and does not harden or crack after thermal cycling. Suitable for high-temperature steam, hot gases, molten low-viscosity media, and constant-temperature heating lines. It has excellent insulation properties and can be directly paired with electric heating wires to form an integrated heating tube, providing heat insulation and preventing electric leakage.

2. Adaptability to Low Pressure/Vacuum Micro-Negative Pressure, Flexible and Non-Collapsible

Optimized with uniform wall thickness, it is specifically designed for atmospheric pressure, mild negative pressure, and low-flow conveying. Without heavy stainless steel braiding, the tube body is lightweight with a small bending radius, allowing flexible routing in confined equipment enclosures and analytical instrument interiors. During vacuum sampling, the tube wall does not collapse inward to block flow, ensuring smooth passage of air, adhesive, and gases with no flow loss.
