The hose can support a working temperature up to 230°C. For higher temperature requirements, the hose can be customized according to the working conditions.
This hose is designed for special high-pressure pipelines. The pressure resistance can reach 40MPa or higher depending on the customized structure, hose size and application requirements.
The inner tube uses PTFE material, which provides excellent temperature resistance, chemical resistance and stable material compatibility in demanding transfer systems.
The hose uses 304 pressure-resistant steel wire reinforcement to improve working pressure, burst pressure and structural reliability.
The heating layer is made with uniformly braided heating elements. This helps reduce temperature differences along the hose inner wall and improves heating stability during operation.
The hose is manufactured with high-insulation materials to reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency while considering surface temperature control.
