High-pressure fluid lines in machinery, automotive and chemical plants demand a hose that will not swell, crack or burst under load. Ordinary rubber and thermoplastic hoses lose strength at elevated temperature and attack by solvents. JINGCHENG's Single-Layer PTFE High-Pressure Braided Hose (series JCC-01100-PTFE) solves this. In industrial and mobile equipment, the hose is often the most stressed part of a fluid system. Common failure modes include:

The JCC-01100-PTFE hose has a smooth PTFE (Teflon) inner tube and one layer of high-strength 304 stainless steel wire braid on the outside. The smooth bore gives low friction, easy cleaning and stable flow. The braid carries the hoop stress so the hose can work at high pressure without expanding or bursting. Eight catalog sizes cover 5/32" to 1" ID.

A bare PTFE tube is clean and chemically inert but has limited pressure capacity. Adding a 304 stainless steel braid raises working and burst pressure so the hose can serve high-pressure machinery, automotive and chemical lines.
Rubber and thermoplastic hoses are flexible, but their chemical and temperature limits are narrow and they may swell or soften under solvents. Braided PTFE hose keeps dimensional stability and chemical resistance up to +260°C.
Smooth bore braided hose gives the cleanest flow path and typically higher pressure ratings. Convoluted braided hose offers a smaller bend radius. Choose smooth bore when pressure, flow and cleanability come first; choose convoluted when the route has very tight bends.
Pressure: keep the operating pressure within the working pressure for the selected size; larger sizes have lower ratings.
Bend radius: route the hose so that bends do not go below the minimum bend radius listed above.
Temperature: confirm that the process, including cleaning cycles, stays within -70°C to +260°C.

Do not twist the hose during installation; align the ends before tightening the fittings.
Respect the minimum bend radius and avoid sharp bends right next to the fittings.
Support long horizontal runs so the hose does not sag or rub against equipment.
Protect the braid from continuous abrasion against sharp edges.
Inspect regularly for braid damage, deformation or leakage near the connections, and replace the hose if needed.
