JINGCHENG Wire Bundle Braided PTFE Hose (series JCC-02100-PTFE) lists working pressure by size from 41 MPa at 3/8", 5/8" and 3/4" down to 18 MPa at 2", so spray, steam and oil lines can be sized from the catalog table instead of a single family rating. Wire-bundle braided PTFE hose is often specified when a single braid no longer gives enough margin on spray guns, adhesive pumps, steam headers or hot-oil circuits. The catalog numbers make the size effect obvious: the same JCC-02100-PTFE construction is rated 41 MPa at 3/8", 5/8" and 3/4", but only 35 MPa at 1" and 18 MPa at 2". Selecting by "family pressure" without reading the row for your ID is a common cause of under-sized hose.
Working pressure is size-specific. Use the MPa (or psi) column of the exact part number. Do not interpolate between rows.
Burst is about three times working pressure (for example 122.2 / 41 MPa at 3/8" and 52.5 / 18 MPa at 2"). Size the hose on working pressure and keep pump or gun peaks inside that limit.
Bend radius grows quickly. Minimum bend radius runs from 75 mm at 3/8" to 900 mm at 2". Plan elbows and fitting orientation before you cut length.
Temperature window is -70°C to +260°C. Confirm steam, oil or adhesive skin temperatures stay inside that band.
Smooth PTFE inner tube — chemically inert, non-stick bore for resins, adhesives, solvents, acids, alkalis, steam and oils.
Middle 304 stainless steel braid — shares hoop load with the outer reinforcement.
Outer 304 stainless steel wire-bundle braid — dense bundles of high-strength wire for pressure, impact and abrasion resistance on larger bores.

vs. JCC-01100 single braid: lighter and covers small sizes from 5/32"; JCC-02100 keeps 35–41 MPa from 3/8" to 1" and extends to 2".
vs. JCC-01200 double braid: both use two stainless layers; JCC-01200 is the compact 1/4"–1-1/4" choice, JCC-02100 uses a wire-bundle outer braid and extends to 1-1/2" and 2".
vs. JCC-03100 spiral wound: JCC-03100 focuses on 1/2"–1" at up to 44 MPa to +220°C; JCC-02100 offers a wider size range and +260°C.
Match ID to flow and fittings, then check that row's working pressure against continuous and peak system pressure.
Route bends at or above the listed minimum bend radius; leave a straight length behind each ferrule.
Do not twist the hose while tightening; allow slack for length change under pressure; keep clear of sharp edges.
