Introduction

A PTFE steel wire wound braided hose is designed for demanding fluid systems requiring high pressure resistance, chemical compatibility, flexible bending performance and relatively lightweight construction.

The JCC-03100-PTFE series uses a straight PTFE inner tube. One or two layers of copper-plated steel wire are wound around the tube as middle reinforcement, while a 304 stainless steel wire braid forms the external protective and pressure-reinforcing layer.
