Hydraulic and fluid-power circuits need hose that holds high continuous pressure, survives pressure pulsation and stays compatible with whatever medium the system carries, whether gas, mineral oil, water-glycol or an aggressive chemical. Rubber hydraulic hose must be matched to each fluid and ages with heat, and single-braid hose can run out of pressure margin in mid-range sizes. JINGCHENG Double-Layer PTFE Braided Hose (series JCC-01200-PTFE) reinforces a smooth PTFE inner tube with two layers of high-strength 304 stainless steel braid, giving working pressures up to 40 MPa across sizes from 1/4" to 1-1/4" and service from -70°C to +260°C.
Smooth PTFE inner tube: A clean, low-friction PTFE bore that does not swell or break down in hydraulic oils, gases, water-based fluids or most chemicals, helping protect valves, pumps and actuators downstream.
Two layers of 304 stainless steel braid: The double braid carries hoop and axial loads, improves resistance to pressure pulsation and protects the liner from external abrasion.
High working and burst pressures: 40 MPa working / 120.9 MPa burst on the 1/4" size, 32 MPa on 3/8", 27 MPa on 1/2" and 14 MPa on 1-1/4".
Wide temperature range: -70°C to +260°C for cold starts as well as hot hydraulic and process fluids.
Corrosion-resistant exterior: The 304 stainless steel outer braid suits humid, outdoor and plant environments.

JCC-01200 vs. JCC-01100 Single-Braid Smooth Bore Hose: Single-braid hose is lighter and bends more tightly. The second braid on JCC-01200 raises pressure capacity in mid and large sizes, for example 27 MPa vs. 23 MPa on 1/2" and 17 MPa vs. 10 MPa on 1", and adds a 1-1/4" size.
JCC-01200 vs. JCC-02100 Wire Bundle Braided Hose: JCC-02100 uses a wire-bundle outer braid and extends up to 2" for heavy spraying, steam and oil conveying; JCC-01200 is the compact double-braid choice from 1/4" to 1-1/4".
PTFE vs. rubber hydraulic hose: PTFE is compatible with gas-, oil- and water-based fluids and most chemicals and stays stable up to +260°C, so one hose type can serve several circuits.
Pressure: Keep system pressure, including pressure peaks, within the rated working pressure for the selected size.
Bend radius: Route bends at or above the listed minimum bend radius (83 mm on 1/4" up to 340 mm on 1-1/4") and avoid sharp bends right at the fittings.
Temperature and media: Confirm fluid and ambient temperatures stay within -70°C to +260°C, and send us your media list for critical services.
Installation: Align the ends before tightening, avoid twisting the braid, and leave slack for the small length change under pressure.
