Extreme temperature resistance, with resilience even in extremely cold environments
Relying on the unique temperature resistance characteristics of Teflon materials, the pipes can operate stably within a wide temperature range of -200 ℃ to+260 ℃. Even in the face of ultra-low temperature medium transportation scenarios such as liquid nitrogen and LNG, there will be no brittleness, hardening, or cracking problems, and excellent flexibility and structural integrity will always be maintained. Super strong voltage resistance, worry free transmission of high voltage
Adopting a multi-layer stainless steel wire/aramid fiber braided reinforcement structure, scientifically optimizing the pressure bearing design of the pipe wall, it has excellent static pressure and pulse pressure bearing capabilities, covering conventional high pressure to ultra-high pressure working conditions, and can withstand pressures up to 3000psi or more, perfectly adapting to high-pressure gas, high-pressure fluid, hydraulic systems and other high-pressure transmission scenarios. The pipe material has excellent fatigue resistance and impact resistance. After tens of thousands of bending and pressure cycle tests, it still maintains a stable structure without leakage or deformation, eliminating the risk of high-pressure medium leakage from the root and ensuring the continuous safety of the production process.
Chemical inertness, suitable for various harsh media
Teflon material itself has extremely strong chemical stability and belongs to fully inert polymer materials. It does not undergo chemical reactions with strong acids, strong bases, organic solvents, or various corrosive media, and can safely transport more than 99% of industrial fluids. The inner wall is as smooth as a mirror, without adsorption, scaling, and low permeability. It can avoid medium pollution and residue, ensure the purity of the transmission medium, reduce fluid resistance, improve transmission efficiency, and effectively inhibit microbial growth, meeting the clean transmission requirements of industries such as food, medicine, and chemical.
Durable and anti-aging, long-term reduction of operation and maintenance costs
The pipes have excellent weather resistance, aging resistance and ozone erosion resistance. They are not afraid of outdoor sun, humidity, dust and other complex environments, and do not age, deteriorate or degrade after long-term use. Compared to ordinary hoses, the service life is increased by 3-5 times, significantly reducing replacement frequency, lowering comprehensive costs such as equipment downtime, material loss, and manual maintenance, achieving one-time installation and long-term use, and providing strong support for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
