High-pressure spraying, gluing, steam and oil conveying lines punish a hose from the inside and the outside. Pressure pulses, hot media and aggressive chemicals quickly fatigue rubber hose and thin single-braid constructions, especially in larger bore sizes. JINGCHENG's PTFE Wire Bundle Braided Hose (series JCC-02100-PTFE) solves this. A smooth PTFE inner tube is reinforced by a middle layer of 304 stainless steel braided wire and an outer layer of high-strength 304 stainless steel wire-bundle braid, giving excellent mechanical resistance and high working pressure from -70°C to +260°C.
In spraying, dispensing and conveying systems the hose is exposed to more than static pressure. Common failure modes include:
Pressure fatigue: repeated pressure pulses from pumps and spray guns weaken under-reinforced hose walls
Chemical attack: solvents, resins, adhesives, acids and alkalis swell or crack rubber and many plastics
Heat and steam: hot oil and steam soften ordinary hose materials and shorten service life
Mechanical damage: abrasion, crushing and handling in plants and workshops wear through light reinforcement
A wire bundle braided PTFE hose keeps the chemical inertness of PTFE while adding a robust two-layer stainless steel reinforcement that is built for high-pressure, high-cycle service.
The JCC-02100-PTFE hose is built in three layers. The inner layer is a smooth PTFE (Teflon) tube that provides a clean, low-friction, non-stick flow path. The middle layer is a 304 stainless steel braided wire that supports the tube and carries part of the pressure load. The outer layer is a high-strength 304 stainless steel wire-bundle braid, in which bundles of stainless wires are interwoven to form a dense, strong reinforcement with good mechanical resistance. Eight catalog sizes cover 3/8" to 2" ID.
Temperature range: -70°C to +260°C
High working pressure: up to 41 MPa (5945 psi on the 3/8" size), depending on diameter
High burst pressure: up to 123.3 MPa (5/8" size)

Double stainless steel reinforcement. A 304 braided middle layer plus a high-strength 304 wire-bundle outer braid give high working pressure and good mechanical resistance.
High pressure across the range. The 3/8", 5/8" and 3/4" sizes are rated at 41 MPa working pressure; even the 2" size is rated at 18 MPa working / 52.5 MPa burst.
Large bore availability. Sizes up to 2" ID (50.5 mm) support high-flow spraying and conveying systems.
Non-stick, chemically inert bore. PTFE resists nearly all industrial chemicals and releases glues, resins and residues easily.
Wide temperature window. From -70°C to +260°C for cold media, hot oil and steam service.

A single-layer braided PTFE hose is compact and well suited to small-bore high-pressure lines. The wire bundle braided hose adds a second, heavier stainless steel reinforcement, keeping high pressure ratings in larger sizes and adding mechanical resistance for spraying, gluing and conveying duty.
Rubber high-pressure hose is flexible and economical, but solvents, adhesives and hot media can swell or harden it. PTFE stays chemically inert and dimensionally stable up to +260°C, and its non-stick bore is easier to clean.
Both constructions use two stainless steel reinforcement layers. The wire bundle design uses a high-strength 304 wire-bundle outer braid over a 304 braided middle layer and extends to 2" ID, making it a strong choice for large-bore spraying, steam and oil conveying lines.
Pressure: keep the operating pressure, including pump pulses, within the working pressure for the selected size.
Bend radius: route the hose so that bends do not go below the minimum bend radius listed above; larger sizes need noticeably larger radii.
Temperature: confirm that the process, including steam or cleaning cycles, stays within -70°C to +260°C.

Do not twist the hose during installation; align the ends before tightening the fittings.
Respect the minimum bend radius and avoid sharp bends right next to the fittings.
Support long runs and avoid dragging the hose over sharp edges or rough floors.
Release pressure before disconnecting spray, gluing or steam lines.
Inspect regularly for braid damage, kinks or leakage near the connections, and replace the hose if needed.
